How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the product:

· Ready-to-Ship Items: These are shipped within 7 - 10 business days.

· Made-to-Order & Customized Items: These require love and time! Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Complex custom projects may take longer, which we will communicate upfront.

How is my order packaged?

We take packaging very seriously. Every item is wrapped securely in bubble wrap, cushioned with packing peanuts or foam, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Gift items can include a handwritten note upon request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer beautiful, elegant gift wrapping as an add-on option at checkout. It’s the perfect way to send a ready-to-give present.

How do I care for my wooden serveware?

Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not immerse in water for long periods or place in the dishwasher. Dry immediately. To maintain the finish, we recommend periodically treating it with a food-safe mineral oil.

How do I clean my acrylic products?

Clean with a soft, damp cloth using warm water and a mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that can cause micro-scratches. For disinfection, isopropyl alcohol is safe to use.

How should I care formy small furniture item?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading. Keep it away from direct heat sources like radiators, as extreme temperature changes can cause wood to expand or contract.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We want you to be thrilled. If you are unsatisfied with a non-custom, ready-to-ship item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack with extreme care, but sometimes shipping happens. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@nestthehomes.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately, either by sending a replacement with in one month or more
